LOSTALGIA is a place for all the things I love. It can function as a diary or a portfolio, a proof of life. Expect essays, memory pieces, recommendations, letters, etc etc.

I’m interested in writing about pre-Internet times. It’s lostalgia because I am writing about things or feelings that are lost. This is not quite as devastating as Solastalgia - G. ALbrecht’s term for “homesickness for something that will not be again” or distress produced by environmental change impacting on people while they are directly connected to their home environment. I associate lostalgia with melancholy, and trying to recapture a sense of feeling, a time in your life and ‘dwelling with’ stuff. 

I update it more frequently than this blog, and its an easier site for interactions. Also, you can subscribe if you're into that kind of thing.
